Car prepped. Snacks packed. Playlist ready.
Road trips have a lot of moving parts — is the car ready, did you pack the cooler, are the playlists downloaded, where are you stopping? When you're coordinating with passengers, things get forgotten. Nobody wants to drive 2 hours before realizing they forgot the phone mount.
doth.is has a ready-made road trip checklist covering car prep, packing, entertainment, and planned stops. Share the link with your crew so everyone can claim tasks and check them off. Customize for your specific route and add your own stops.
4 groups: car prep, packing, entertainment, stops and stays
Covers oil, tires, gas, snacks, chargers, playlists, hotels, scenic stops
Share with passengers — divide tasks like snack duty and playlist curation
Add your specific stops, restaurants, and landmarks to the list

Before a road trip, check: oil and coolant levels, tire pressure and tread, windshield wiper fluid, gas or EV charge, emergency kit in trunk (jumper cables, flashlight, first aid), and that your insurance and registration are current.
Good road trip snacks include: trail mix, granola bars, jerky, fruit (apples, grapes), crackers, cheese, sandwiches, water bottles, and a cooler with cold drinks. Avoid messy snacks that create crumbs or require utensils.
Stop every 2-3 hours for stretching, bathroom breaks, and driver alertness. Plan at least one interesting stop per day — a scenic viewpoint, local restaurant, or roadside attraction — to break up long driving stretches.
Download playlists and podcasts before leaving (in case of no signal). Bring card games or travel games for stops. Download offline shows or games on tablets. Make a road trip bingo card. And keep a phone mount and chargers accessible.
